Now here is the really cool part:

The problems are connected, but so are the solutions. Struggling in one dimension of health usually means struggling in others. But there’s a flip side here, too. Improving one dimension can also improve others.

 

If you do not get proper sleep like Michael and Lauren, you become irritable and unfocused more quickly. By optimizing their sleep, they get more balanced and content, which has a positive effect on their emotions and feelings. For example, this will improve the communication and relationship with those around them.

 

In addition, they will have more energy and focus. This makes them more productive at work, so they won't have to answer emails late at night and their stress level decreases. With increased energy, they have higher motivation to make healthier food choices and exercise more to upgrade their activity level. This in turn will have a positive impact on their physical health.
