360° ASSESSMENT

Everything is based on the methods, systems and findings of elite sport - and you will be treated like an elite athlete here. That's why we start by getting to know each other.
 

  1. We start with a non-binding (video) call or meeting.

  2. We'll talk about your goals, what you've already tried and the challenges you face in everyday life.

  3. If we're both convinced that we're a good fit, you'll go through a 360° assessment.

That's why you'll receive a hyper-personalized plan in which your ambitious goals are broken down into simple, scientifically and practically proven activities that work for you. 

Your plan is not only tailored to your unique needs, but also holistic. It always considers the big picture in terms of 'boring' basics: exercise, nutrition, sleep and mental recovery.​​

They are deeply interrelated and mastering them is non-negotiable for optimal energy, performance and health.

You will also learn why we do what we do and how you can adapt it independently in the future if necessary.
