Solving a specific, acute challenge with temporarily intense coaching support.

Duration: 60 Minutes

What's included? 

✓Initial assessment of your health situation and exposure of your key potentials. ✓ Individualized, science-backed and field-proven tips to improve your situation fast (often visible progress within one session). ✓ Enough impulses for more long-lasting changes can often be given in just a few sessions.

The Ultimate 'R.E.S.T.' Program

Providing hyper-individualized, in-depth and 24/7 coaching support.

Duration: From 90 Days

What's included?

✓ 360° Online-Assessment to evaluate your current training, nutrition, sleep and stress management skills holistically and in-depth. ✓ Mutual, detailed discussion of the results, for a deeper understanding of your lifestyle, goals and potentials (approx. 60 min / one-time). ✓ Your personalised '10x Your Energy' plan to unleash your potential with a performance recovery system you can implement easily and consistently. ✓Joint discussion of your plan as kick-start for your transformation journey (approx. 60 minutes - one-off). In the last few months, I was at my limit. The combination of being self-employment and an ambitious competitive runner made it difficult to  recover properly. My sleep in particular has suffered as a result. I met Björn at a networking event. We exchanged ideas, I found his holistic approach interesting and decided to take up coaching with him. I contacted Björn because I was experiencing sleep problems due to health issues. In an initial conversation, we discussed which issues I was already handling well in my sleep routine and which could still be improved. Björn gave me small tips (e.g. light alarm clock), but also discussed larger topics with me at greater length (e.g. causes of sleep disorders, routine for falling asleep again). In addition, I found it super nice that he very individually  thought about my health issues and gave me some suggestions from his experience. The continuous messages following the personal conversation help to stay motivated to implement the discussed potentials. In addition, Björn is always available if you have questions or need support. The work with Björn has also laid the foundation for my personal growth. This would not have been possible without the optimisation of my energy balance/sleep.
